Edwina Portelle Romero, East Boston born and bred, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University Dominguez Hills, a Master of Arts from New Mexico Highlands University, and the Doctor of Philosophy at The University of New Mexico. She's been writing since she could hold a pencil, and ultimately published personal and scholarly essays, short fiction, poetry, historical articles and books.
Prairie Madness, Conspiracy at Fort Union is her first novel.
